Dear Mitch,

With a year remaining in President Obama’s term, you blatantly flaunted the United States Constitution and ignored the will of the American people by refusing to do your job and give his Supreme Court nominee a hearing or a vote. Your “let the American people decide” was a bogus and transparently cynical excuse.

The American people decided who they wanted to make this decision twice, in 2008 and again in 2012. On Election Day the American people chose again when they favored Hillary Clinton by three million votes. And on Inauguration Day, Pumpkinhead Tinyhands entered office with an approval rating of 40% while Obama left office with an approval rating of 60%. Look me in the eye, you oily, no-chin sack of shit, and tell me what you think the American people want.

So, here’s the deal. Your Supreme Court nominee will sail through the Democratic Senate Caucus… as long as his name is Merrick Garland. A nominee with any other name will get no hearings, no vote, no nothing.

Oh, and fuck you.
